From first message to launch, without the headache.
Most sites go live in one to three weeks. You always know what happens next, what I need from you, and what it costs. Here's the whole path, step by step.
THE PATH TO LAUNCH
Here's exactly how it goes.
-
Reach out
Whenever you're ready
MICHAELI read every message myself and reply personally, usually within a day.
YOUSend the quote form or an email with a little about your business and what you need. Rough is fine.
-
A quick call
About 15 to 30 minutes
MICHAELI ask about your business, your customers, and what's getting in the way. No sales pitch.
YOUTell me how things work today. By phone or Zoom, whichever you prefer.
-
A fixed price
Usually within a day or two of the call
MICHAELYou get one clear price for the whole project, before any work starts.
YOUDecide if it's right for you. No pressure, and nothing starts until you say yes.
-
Getting started
The first week
MICHAELI send a one-page agreement, the deposit invoice for half the project, and a private welcome guide that walks you through everything.
YOUSign, pay the deposit, and fill out a 20-minute intake form, in any order. Upload your logo and photos from your phone or computer whenever they're ready.
-
Kickoff call
30 minutes
MICHAELI read your answers first, so you never repeat yourself. We decide the pages, the look, and what customers should do when they visit.
YOUThink of two or three websites you like the look of. They don't have to be in your industry.
-
First preview
Usually about a week after the call
MICHAELI build it and send you a private preview link. It isn't live yet, and Google can't see it.
YOUClick through everything on your phone and computer, then send me your changes in one list.
-
Changes
Two rounds included
MICHAELI make your changes. The same link always shows the newest version.
YOULook it over again. When it's right, just reply "Approved."
-
Launch
Usually the same day it's approved
MICHAELI send the final invoice for the other half. Once it's paid, I connect your web address and put the site live.
YOUShare it. Add the link to your Google listing, your social pages, and your email signature.
-
After launch
Your monthly plan
MICHAELHosting, updates, and fixes. If anything breaks, it gets fixed, day or night. Small edits are covered too, up to about an hour a month.
YOUEmail or text me whenever you want something changed. Nothing else to manage.
BUILDING AN AUTOMATION?
Same steps, with a test run.
If your project includes an AI automation, the steps are the same. The difference is the preview: instead of clicking through pages, you try the automation yourself, like a real customer would. Fill out the form, send the text, and see exactly what your customers will get.
You approve how it sounds and what it does before it ever talks to a real customer.
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
Less than you'd think.
- About 20 minutes for the intake form. Rough answers are fine.
- Your logo, if you have one, and some photos of your work. Your phone is good enough.
- Any text you already have, like services and prices. Or I'll write it from our call.
- Your OK on the preview.
WHAT YOU NEVER HAVE TO DO
The tech side is on me.
- Learn any software or website builder.
- Deal with hosting, security, or updates.
- Chase anyone for answers. You talk to the person building it.
- Share a password. If I need access to something, I walk you through it.
CHANGES AND EXTRAS
Clear rules, no surprise bills.
Two rounds of changes are included in every project. A round is one list of changes, sent together, so nothing gets lost in a long email thread. Extra rounds are $150 each.
If you want something that wasn't in the plan, like another page or a new feature, I'll give you a price first. Nothing is added to your bill without your OK in writing.
Ready when you are.
Send a quick note about your business. I'll reply personally, usually within a day, and tell you exactly what the first step looks like.
