Founding-client pricing. One fixed price, no surprises.
Local SEO, websites, and AI automation, each with a fixed price before anything starts. These founding prices are open to my first 5 clients, and founding clients keep their price locked in even after rates go up.
THE PRICES
Build once, then one simple monthly plan.
Local SEO setup costs less when I'm also building your website, since much of it is built in. Full System is scoped to your business and starts at the price above. Team AI Setup is one time, with no monthly plan.
THE MONTHLY PLAN
What your monthly plan covers.
Your monthly plan is what keeps everything running, so you never have to think about the technical side.
- Hosting. No separate hosting bill, ever.
- Updates and monitoring. I keep an eye on things so problems get caught early.
- Fixes, day or night. If something breaks, it gets fixed right away, whatever the hour.
- Small edits. Changing hours, prices, photos, or text, up to about an hour a month.
- A direct line. Email or text me, and you hear back from me, usually within a day.
Your monthly plan starts once your site or automation is live, not before.
PAYING FOR YOUR PROJECT
How payment works.
- Half to start, half at launch. The deposit starts the work. The rest is due when you approve the finished site.
- A fixed price, in writing. You see the full price in a one-page agreement before anything starts.
- Your web address. If you don't have one, I'll buy it in your business's name. It's about $20 a year, added to your first invoice.
- Extra changes. Two rounds of changes are included. Extra rounds are $150 each.
- New ideas later. Anything outside the plan gets a price first. Nothing is added without your OK in writing.
FOUNDING CLIENTS
Why these prices won't last.
Novello is new, and I'm building it one client at a time. My first 5 clients get founding prices, which are the lowest they'll be. Once those spots are filled, prices move toward standard rates.
If you're a founding client, your price stays locked in, including your monthly plan, for as long as you're with me. If you'd like one of the spots, just mention it when you reach out.

Common pricing questions.
Why is there a monthly plan?
Because a website or automation needs hosting, updates, and someone to fix it if it breaks. The plan covers all of that, so you never get a surprise tech bill.
Do I own it if I leave?
Yes. Everything you pay for is yours: the design, the code, your words and photos, and your web address. If you ever move on, you get a full copy.
Is the Full System price fixed?
Yes, once it's scoped. It starts at $4,500, and after we talk through your business you get one fixed price before anything starts.
Can I start small and add an automation later?
Of course. Many businesses start with a website and add an automation once it's running. I'll give you a price for the addition first.
